Payment Terms
Payments are due as specified in your order agreement.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment through approved methods, including credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.
Incomplete or delayed payments may affect service delivery timelines.
Revisions Policy
Each service package may include a specific number of revisions, if applicable.
Revision requests must be submitted within 10 days of service completion.
Revisions apply only to meet the original service requirements.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Change of Mind: Full refunds are available if the service has not started. Partial refunds may apply if work has commenced.
Incompetent Delivery: If the delivered service does not meet the documented requirements, and after all revision options have been exhausted.
Late Delivery: Refunds may be considered if delays are solely due to the Company’s fault.
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of service completion. A processing fee of $250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is greater) applies to all refunds. Refunds may take 5 to 15 days to process.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our services, returns are not accepted on completed orders. However, if quality standards are not met, we offer an internal review and revisions at no additional cost.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all created content, designs, and assets related to your order become the property of the customer. The Company reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of our services. Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services provided.
Modification of Services and Prices
Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration as outlined in the service agreement.
